سياسة استرداد الأموال
لضمان شفافية الإجراءات وحقوق جميع الأطراف، نوضح أدناه سياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا:
١- الاسترداد الكامل 100%: إذا قررت إلغاء اشتراكك قبل 20 يومًا أو أكثر من تاريخ بدء الدورة التدريبية، سنقوم بإعادة كامل
الرسوم التي دفعتها دون أي خصم. هذا يعني أنك ستحصل على المبلغ الكامل الذي دفعته بنفس الطريقة التي استخدمتها عند الدفع.٢- الاسترداد الجزئي بنسبة 50%: إذا قررت إلغاء اشتراكك في الفترة بين 19 و6 أيام قبل تاريخ بدء الدورة، فسيتم إعادة 50% من الرسوم المدفوعة. هذا الخيار يتيح لك الحصول على نصف المبلغ الذي دفعته، بينما يتم الاحتفاظ بالنصف الآخر لتغطية تكاليف التحضير والخدمات المقدمة.
٣- عدم الاسترداد: إذا قررت إلغاء اشتراكك قبل 5 أيام أو أقل من تاريخ بدء الدورة التدريبية، فلن تكون هناك إمكانية لاسترداد أي من الرسوم المدفوعة. هذا يرجع إلى أن التكاليف اللازمة للتحضير للدورة تكون قد تمت بالفعل.
٤- الاستبدال بمشترك آخر: في حال رغبتك في إلغاء اشتراكك ولكنك وجدت شخصًا آخر ليأخذ مكانك في الدورة، يمكنك نقل اشتراكك إليه دون أي رسوم إضافية. في هذه الحالة، سنقوم بإعادة كامل المبلغ المدفوع لك بمجرد تأكيد اشتراك الشخص البديل.

At "Art of Living," we are committed to providing the best possible learning experience for all our participants. However, we understand that personal circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment and request a refund for the course.
To ensure transparency and protect the rights of all parties, we outline our refund policy below:
Full Refund (100%): If you decide to cancel your enrollment 20 days or more before the course's start date, we will refund the full amount you paid without any deductions. This means you will receive the total amount you paid using the same method you used to make the payment.
Partial Refund (50%): If you decide to cancel your enrollment between 19 and 6 days before the course start date, 50% of the paid fees will be refunded. This option allows you to receive half of the amount you paid, while the other half will be retained to cover preparation and service costs.
No Refund: No refund will be provided if you cancel your enrollment within 5 days or less before the course start date. This is because the necessary costs for course preparation have already been incurred.
Substitution with Another Participant: If you wish to cancel your enrollment but have found someone else to take your place in the course, you can transfer your enrollment to them at no additional charge. In this case, we will refund the full amount you paid once the replacement participant's enrollment is confirmed.
Please note that all refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or direct contact with our customer support team. We recommend canceling as early as possible to take full advantage of our refund policy.
